President Adam Weinberg

Dear Prospective Graduate Students:

As you finalize your plans for graduate school, we wanted to share some exciting changes in our programs in hopes that you will decide to attend SIT Graduate Institute!

Adam Weinberg 2Obviously the first difference is our name, which recently changed from the School for International Training to the SIT Graduate Institute. But that’s just the beginning. Next fall, SIT Graduate Institute is going global.

One of our strengths is that our program is a part of World Learning, which runs international education and international development projects in 77 countries. As part of a global NGO, we have tremendous opportunities to connect theory and practice. We are going to launch a series of new programs that will connect our students to people and projects across World Learning, and around the world. More information will be available soon.

Adam Weinberg 1I came to SIT Graduate Institute two years ago after 15 years in traditional higher education. I was attracted to SIT by the transformative power of our programs. Great things happen when you put incredible students in classrooms with dedicated faculty and a pedagogy that works. I am excited by the new changes, as they respond to ideas that have been raised by students and faculty, and build on already strong programs by offering new opportunities to our students.

If you have any questions about our graduate programs, please visit our website or be in touch with your admissions representative.

All the Best,

Adam Weinberg
